中色资源环境工程股份有限公司(简称“中色环境”),为国务院国有资产监督管理委员会所属中国有色金属工业总公司地质总局于1999年设立的国有企业。公司原控股股东为中国有色金属工业总公司地质总局(后改名为有色金属矿产地质调查中心),现控股股东为中色地科矿产勘查股份有限公司,是一家国有控股的混合所有制公司。
公司为国家级高新技术企业、中关村高新技术企业和“专精特新”中小企业。2016年6月20日,公司在全国中小企业股份转让系统(新三板)挂牌。公司具有地质灾害评估和治理工程勘查设计甲级、地质灾害治理工程施工甲级,地质灾害治理工程监理资质乙级、环保工程专业承包贰级、市政公用工程施工总承包贰级、城乡规划编制资质乙级、测绘资质乙级等专业工程资质,拥有国家质量、环境、职业健康安全体系认证证书,安全生产许可证。
公司设有博士后科研工作站,主要从事资源循环利用、土壤改良提升和检测信息系统三个方向的技术研发及推广工作。先后与中国地质大学(北京)、北京科技大学、中国科学院等高校科研院所建立了“基础研究+应用研发”的联合技术研发模式。公司拥有发明专利及实用新型专利共32项,申获省部级科技成果奖项8项,出版专著3部,发表学术论文100多篇。公司自主研制定向疏堵水灾害防治装备,拥有喷播机、潜孔钻机、材料反应釜、土壤养分测试等检测和施工设备。

Resources & Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. is a state-holding enterprise with profound heritage deeply engaged in the industry for more than twenty years. We have long worked closely with PetroChina and Sinopec. With proven technology and practical experience accumulated from serving large oil and gas projects and deep knowledge of operational requirements of oil and gas fields in difference basins, geomorphology and complex geological environment, we have a strong ability to provide full-process integrated solutions for gas- and oil-producing areas. Through deep research and longtime practice in the hydrological characteristics and geological structure of different basins, we can offer full-cycle comprehensive technical support for oil and gas fields and tailor plans to regional environmental characteristics, fully covering core links such as gas and oil mining rights management, production capacity management, land use planning and geological risk assessment, and safeguarding the standardization and stable operation of oil and gas projects across the board.

For steep slopes and waste heaps, the innovative use of bionic soil technology with on-site materials enables rapid ecological greening at controlled costs.

Line VI: Develop a system for recycling of bulk solid waste
Service offering: Convert solid waste into subgrade materials and new green building materials. At the same time, by optimizing mineral processing techniques, extract valuable resources such as rare and precious metals from tailings so as to address the challenge of solid waste disposal and reduce environmental burden, while fully unlocking the value of resources, and embodying the concepts of green and low-carbon development.
Line 7: Intelligent monitoring and early warning platform with integrated management system
Service offering: Combining the operational needs of oil and gas production areas with the environmental control requirements of basins, we deploy professional monitoring equipment to implement round-the-clock dynamic monitoring of key areas such as mining sites, slopes, and tailing storage facilities, enabling early prediction of geological, hydrological, and environmental risks. The platform integrates multiple functions including land operation and maintenance and ecological control, facilitating the upgrading of oil and gas industry management models toward digital, intelligent, and refined models.
